Daniel earned his Bachelor’s of Arts in Allied Health at Azusa Pacific University in 2018 and completed his Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Azusa Pacific University in 2021. Thereafter, Daniel completed the Kaiser Permanente Orthopedic Residency in 2022-23 and Kaiser Permanente Sports Fellowship in 2023-24 at Orange County to further advance his clinical ability to evaluate and treat his patients. During his sports rehabilitation fellowship, Daniel had the opportunity to learn and work alongside orthopedic surgeons and sports medicine doctors at Kaiser Permanente – Orange to treat the athletic patient population in all age groups.
Daniel has experience working with soccer teams, including Lions United FC and United City FC, and volunteering at sporting events, including Lei-Out Ultimate Frisbee 2024. Daniel also spends time at Santa Ana College assisting and learning from the athletic trainers during pre and in-season for sports including basketball, football, and volleyball to further expand his knowledge on-field care of athletes. Daniel is passionate about serving his community as he tries to connect with local sports teams and provide resources/workshops about injury prevention for athletes and parents.
